Manual Handling Course Duration
Half Day Manual Handling training course (typically 4 hours).

Location
This half day Manual Handling course is available from our Republic of Ireland training centres (Ashbourne, Limerick).

On-site training on your premises is also available anywhere in Ireland subject to minimum numbers. A suitable room would be required for on-site training.

Manual Handling Certification
Successful delegates will receive a Height for Hire Certificate of Training valid for 5 years.

• Theory test

Trainee Requirements
Candidates must be at least 16 years of age. They must be sufficiently medically fit to participate in the manual handling practical session.

PPE Requirements
Trainees must have appropriate comfortable / flexible clothing for practical session i.e. tracksuit.

This Manual Handling training course is suitable for anyone in the workplaces who carries out manual handling tasks, or supervises those involved in manual handing activities.

To provide delegates with the essential knowledge required to carry out manual handling tasks correctly and avoid injuries.

Presentation with slides, video, printed course material, demonstration, practical demonstration and excercises.
